This is where your journey begins!

Our progressive series are designed to comprehensively introduce you to the art & technique of pole dancing. Each 90 min class withinin these individual series courses will incorporate a full body warm up, stretching & conditioning, pole work appropriate for your level, and flO elements to enhance your movement repertoire. PŌL creates an intimate class experience where you will gain strength, confidence, and comfort in your sensuality.

PŌL I-III make up a structured pole dance program that's perfect for pole beginners! After that, your pole practice will culminate into an ongoing PŌL IV or PŌL V class series for intermediate and advanced pole students.

PŌL I

[6 weeks] • Your INTRO series! The first level in PŌL's progressive programming designed to nurture beginner and first-time students through a complete introduction to pole dancing! Emphasis is on sensual movement, conditioning, and proper technique. Be ready to explore lots of spins, hair whips, body waves, floor movement, and climbing!

PŌL II

[12 weeks] • The transformation continues in the second level of PŌL's progressive series. Build on and expand your pole fundamentals as you uncover your own unique pole persona. Students will master climb technique & begin to flow with climb variations. This level will also introduce you to the upside down world pole - with inverts, beginner leg hangs, & laybacks!

PŌL III

[12 weeks] • The third level in PŌL's progressive series. Strengthen and refine your skills as we continue to grow your repertoire of challenging tricks and transitions. This level solidifies your inside & outside leg hang and begins your aerial invert. POL III also introduces students to jasmine, butterfly, jade and more! Expect to impress yourself! You’ll be flowing with your favorite poses and passes as we prep you for our more advanced ongoing (PŌL IV & V) practice classes.
