ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the limited size, all classes at PŌL require advanced registration and notice of cancellation. Please adhere to the cancellation policies below regarding your various bookings:

flO (studio drop in) classes may be cancelled up to 12 hours prior to class via PŌL’s Mindbody reservation system. Any early cancels (cancellations within this window) automatically retain your class credit for future use. A late-cancel forfeits your class credit. *Any flO membership late-cancel or no-show will also incur an additional $20 charge fee. No refunds

POL

PŌL Series (I-III+) and PŌL membership (IV-V) classes require 24 hr absence notice in writing in order to retain a makeup credit.

POL Makeup class spots are by waitlist only.

POL Makeup credits do not expire and carry over into each new series registration but only remain active while you are currently registered in a POL Series or Membership.

Series registrations are final. No refunds.

🖤 MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS:

POL Memberships require an 8 week initial commitment. After this period, you may cancel at any time providing at least a two week notice to stop payment. A cancellation removes you from your ongoing POL class and releases your spot to other registrations. No refunds.

🖤 STUDIO RENTAL CANCELLATIONS:

SOLO

SOLO Rentals (private studio training rentals / 2 persons max) may be booked and cancelled online via PŌL’s Mindbody.

SOLO Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking via PŌL’s Mindbody reservation system. A cancel within this window will retain your SOLO credit to your account for future booking. Late cancels automatically forfeit your credit(s). No refunds.
