To help us best accommodate all students, advance registration and cancellation notice are required for all PŌL reservations. Please review the policies below for your reservation type.

(Drop-In Classes)

flŌ reservations may be canceled up to 6 hours before class through PŌL's Mindbody reservation system to retain your class credit for future use.

Cancellations made within 6 hours of class will forfeit the class credit.

flŌ Memberships

• Late Cancel: $10 fee

• No-Show: $15 fee

POL

(Series & Ongoing Training)

PŌL absences require 24 hours' notice to receive a makeup credit.

Makeup classes are available by waitlist only and are approved based on availability.

Makeup credits do not expire while your PŌL Series or Membership remains active and will carry forward with each new registration.

Please refer to your PŌL registration confirmation for complete makeup booking policies and instructions.

SOLO

(Studio Rentals)

SOLO rentals (maximum 2 people) may be booked and canceled through PŌL's Mindbody reservation system.

Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled reservation to retain your SOLO credit for future use.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation and no-shows will forfeit the credit.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

POL Memberships require an 8 week initial commitment. After this period, you may cancel at any time providing at least a two week notice to stop payment. Membership cancellation ends your enrollment, releases your reserved class spot, and deactivates any unused makeup credits.
