A flexible, supportive system to keep your practice flowing.

At PŌL, our progressive series build week-to-week. We understand that life happens, and our Makeup Policy is designed to support consistency—not create pressure. Makeups are here to help you stay connected to your training in a way that feels sustainable.

1. Absences & Notification

If you need to miss a PŌL Series class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a makeup credit.

Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows will forfeit the class credit.

2. Makeup Credit Details

  • Makeup credits do not expire and remain saved on your account.

  • Credits can only be used while you are actively enrolled in a PŌL Series or Membership.

  • If you pause or take a break, your makeups simply pause with you and become active again when you re-enroll.

  • Credits cannot be used toward flO classes, future registrations, payments, or other purchases.

Makeups are meant to support your practice—not to be “caught up” before continuing. You never need to use them before enrolling in your next series or cycle.

A healthy rhythm: Most students find that using 1–2 makeups per month feels balanced and sustainable. Makeups offer flexibility, not obligation.

3. Booking a Makeup

  1. Visit the PŌL Schedule and find the “PŌL Makeup” listing beside each series class.

  2. Join the waitlist for your preferred day/time.

  3. Choose a level that aligns with your current series placement.

  4. If a spot opens, you’ll receive an email confirming your approval.

Tip: Make sure your Mindbody account is opted-in to email notifications to receive confirmations.

4. Attendance for Makeups

  • The 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all makeup bookings.

  • If you remain on a waitlist, we assume you’re available to join when a spot opens—even on short notice.

  • If your availability changes, please remove yourself from the waitlist through the schedule.

5. Class Level Guidelines

Makeup credits may be used in any PŌL Series class, though for the best experience we recommend selecting a class within one level of your current placement.

Instructors will always support and adapt to ensure a safe, positive experience.

Note: Students below PŌL IV are not eligible for PŌL V makeups.

6. Important Reminders

  • Makeups are the student’s responsibility to schedule and use.

  • Credits remain saved forever, but only active while you’re enrolled.

  • Makeup spots depend on availability and are not guaranteed.

  • Advanced booking is encouraged.

  • You do not need to use makeups before continuing your series.

  • Makeups are here to support your practice—not weigh it down.
